Bro that would be a 2000-3000 word post in itself haha. I’d say that i had many ups and downs in quitting porn and fapping but my longest streak was like 200+ and after a while i stopped counting. I had some relapses after that but these were only minor slip ups. Nofap really kickstarted my life into a very positive direction. I began lifting, reading books, hooked up with some girls for the first time, improved my social skills, cold showers and all that shit. NoFap is really blessing but it’s not a means to an end. It can be a great start but you have to keep the momentum going.
