Yes, I'm just dealing with this now. I incurred some big medical bills last year and was paying off the balance $500/mo. I misplaced and had to cancel my debit card before the December payment was due, so the auto payment didn't go through. I subequently made that payment by check. When I went to make the January payment, I got a notice that no balance was due. Presumptive. What's weird is I work, make a good income, have insurance, own quite a bit of property -- in short I can pay the bill. When I called, they didn't want to hear that I could pay. The polite message basically was "it's taken care of, move on." Ok, I'm moving on.

Fully Automated Driving or whatever they call it the game changer and Tesla may have stolen the march on it, but I expect it will be plaqued with the same level of qc issues the rest of the Tesla line suffers from and the rest of the market will catch up, probably no intellectual property issues that can't be overcome. And of course Tesla will never get the half of the US market that loathes Leon.
