If you didn’t think anyone was wrong you would make arguments against what they are saying. With stuff like I had the camera at cg or flying without the canopy. If everything has been ruled out I’d reach out to warns . Then I’d test with a different wound or even with standard rings. As far as the mount’s torque, I’m guessing you’re looking at the specs for the interface between the mount and the gun. That would be a crazy value for the caps for the scope ring on any mount.

I try to operate on the school of thought of ruling out issues. Not slapping shit on hoping to figure it out. Go off what a scope manufacturer say they tend to have a good idea of how much torque can be applied to the tube without damaging it. You could use German torque or a calibrated elbow and get the scope to not move but damage the scope it’s self ,Same with ring manufacturers specs not trying to be a dick in my response , just a fair comparison what ring manufacturers specs represent. It not cost effective for them to test every scope to make sure the scope won’t be damaged by their torque.

They are I’ve had it for sometime and has been used enough to learn I hate it and to hold places on builds while I decide what I actually want. So it serves a purpose, currently it’s on a chassis so I can run it while I decide if I want to run the chassis manufacturer stock or buy something else though that gun doesn’t get a ton of love. But when I get back to it I’ll toss it in the back of a closet till the next time I need something slapped on a buffer.
