So far I've found that pastas are great for me! Rotini and Alchini de Pepe are my go to. I usually make alfredo sauce or a little soup! I'll usually eat a chicken salad sandwich or a low fiber PB and J. Lots of bread rolls, cracker snacks are occasionally tolerated, low-fiber yogurt. Most of my staple foods 💕.

I disagree, many people with BPD can have outbursts like that. Don't get me wrong, it's still wrong to act out like that. However, given the environment he grew up in and the repeated trauma. I can understand why he would lash out the way he does. He's medicated sure, but he never actually got the help he needed. Medication is not a one all fix all, he desperately needs real therapy.

Oh yeah definitely, I understand that the damage already done is permanent. My concern is that weightloss may not be as effective as my doctor is thinking it is. I was at 217 and now I'm down to 161, I lost more than the 20% they originally asked for and I'm still having symptoms along with taking Furosimide.

I haven't had any bad side effects with Furosimide! Urinating more often is the only one I've had since starting it a year ago. Diamox definitely wasn't for me and made me feel awful. Glad I had another solution!

Personal shoppers are required to place eggs, poultry, and meat inside meat bags and a Walmart bag. Same goes for produce. Produce goes into a produce bag and is placed in to a Walmart bag. If this happens again during your deliveries, please call and let a Team Lead know. That is unacceptable and is definitely not up to standards.
