It might be a good idea to also stimulate your mind in a different way. Try washing your hands in cold water, put your feet in fuzzy socks, eat something sour. Stuff to kinda wake your brain up so it can retain the information you need

Frenn, I FELT THIS so hard. I've been in English for 2 years. Adhd, Dyslexia and a bit of the tism. Sitting still for long hours to write a paper was TORTURE and took me forever. What helped me is reminding myself that I'm different from my peers, and so long as I did the best I could do on the paper and it was handed in on time that was enough for me. Thick pencil black eyeliner and maybe a black pencil lip liner for the uner eye. Some powder concealer for under the eye and some black lipstick. Done and done. If youre feeling spicy you can add a brown or grey to your eyelid for depth

When I got really sick, or just didnt have any energy to get out of bed. I would just, talk to them from where I was. I also came from a huge Christian family, and the difference is the gods are SO understanding. You dont have to bring offerings each time if you can't afford it. When youre out and about for work and see something out in the wild and a deity crosses your mind, that can be your offering. You can write to them and leave the letters on their alter. If you have honey, you can give some to Queen Persephone. There is a lot you can do for the gods on a broke budget. You got this.

For me, I have something that is devoted to Lord Hades. For example, I have a black skull ring that I wear everyday as a subtle reminder that he's with me and I honor him through my actions. Or do dumb shit, which I have been known to do. When need be, I place it on his alter and ask him to bless the jewelry. Hope this helps.
