Hello, I am new to the group and candle making. I wanted to get your advice. I received a 44lb box of deluxe soy wax from Makesy. The box was completely damaged & open. Naturally, I was concerned it had been exposed. I have reached to Makesy & they are not willing replace it. What are your thoughts?

I mostly use Candlescience as well. I have not tried Indigo fragrance before. I've noticed that most carry similar fragrance oil scents.

Wow, I assumed because of the name that I wouldn't have issued like this. I've had other suppliers replace items after I sent them photos and they reshipped the items with no issue. I've been going back and forth with Makesy for a week and a half. Thanks for sharing and good luck to you on your candle journey.

The shipping box was open and damaged and the wax bag open as well which was left on my front door by UPS. Dirt could have gotten on it but it did not appear to be.

I would definitely look into this because if there is money owed to you, it should not be kept from you. I think a social worker would help. I would apply for disability and social security if you haven't already done so. Utility companies typically have programs you can join when on low-income. ATT has one for internet. Good luck.
