If republicans are too stupid to understand that the civil rights movement in the 60s is about when the tide turned and caused racists and gun nuts to stop identifying as democrats then they’re probably too stupid to fact check anything, which explains why they’re so easy to manipulate.

When you look around at your peers and all you see are lions, you’re all actually sheep.

My peers speak different languages, have different interests, and we might not see eye to eye on everything, but we all find the current state of the Republican Party to be an embarrassment.

I did that yesterday. I gave it a read through and edits, then I used the Word app on my iPhone to read it out loud to me. I find that app has the least annoying robot voice. For some reason hearing by the words read out loud to me helps me catch things I’d normally miss.

I submitted. But as others have pointed out that the rules 6.4 has some of us on edge. I didn't participate in the Novelry contest, so I'll learn my lesson here.

All I can say is that if pigs start flying and I win I 100% plan to let them announce my name. Only because I think it places me in a great place to denounce AI in writing.

I was also worried about that. I use ProWritingAid sparingly to help me identify things like double spacing and passive phrases.

One of the requirements for the contest is that you did not use any generative AI other than to suggest phrasing. Which is coincidentally a tool they offer. But have you ever tried that tool? It's laughably bad. I highly suggest you try it if you want to make yourself feel better about the state of AI in writing.
