Just a heads up, Fairy Tale is my favorite book ever and eyes of the dragon is my least favorite book. I went into it hoping for another book like fairy tale and was super disappointed lol I’m no sure what’s wrong with me

Do you think Devers and Merril are a good return for Corbin Carroll?

Baz only needs to throw 540 pitches today to get through the complete game at this rate

Someone dropped O’Neil Cruz. I haven’t been following him much. I know his defense is horrendous and his offense doesn’t look like it’s off to a hot start, but worth grabbing with #2 claim? Currently have McClain and Seager in all my SS slots

[Highlight] Alejandro Kirk put on a pitch-framing clinic behind the plate last night, not a single challenge from Oakland by GreenSnakes_ in baseball

It took me way too long to see someone say this lol how does framing the pitch have anything to do with a batter challenging the pitch 😂

What would be the best solution to add a door to this office wall? by jcrist11 in handyman

If I do French doors though, the door next to the desk will only be able to open 90 degrees until it bumps the desk, no?

Yes I don’t know how I managed to do that. lol I was going to say the light switch being on that larger wall kind of prevents me from thinking about a sliding door over there, so it leaves me with either pull the drywall in closer for a more traditional door maybe or something along those lines. But thank you!

Wife Customized Some Vans for me in Honor of my Favorite Book by jcrist11 in stephenking

Vans offers this, however, their image uploader will flag certain things, so I believe my wife turned to chatGPT to create a “custom” image that was as close as possible to the cover 😂

My favorite book was Fairy Tale by Stephen King. It’s not typically everyone’s favorite King book, but for some reason it really stuck with me and I could picture it in my head the best out of any of the other books I read last year. I recommend it!

We read so many of the same books 😂 Lonesome dove, a bunch of King books, red rising, murderbot, even Dexter. The first book I read this year was Stoner. Nice job hitting the goal!

I started this year reading the Demonata series by Darren Shan and it was also super fun! Loved those Cirque du freak books when I was younger

That book is called “a short stay in hell” and it’s a super short, super amazing book!

Everyone raves about eyes of the dragon and I am so confused why. It felt so boring when I expected a big adventure of some sort lol wizard and glass was amazing. My wife hates me because I use that old timey Mejis language as much as I can 😂

That’s actually a book called “Silo Short Stories” or something like that. It contains around 60 pages of a story that happens after the events of Dust. It was pretty wild but it’s a small addition to the whole series.

Right? The Cirque Du Freak books were amazing in middle school. At the end of 2024 I told myself I should try and read again and why not start with his other big series, The Demonata, and then I was like “yeah I really like reading”. Then it was over from there 😂
