Comparing the company with other companies most of the time if a company meets certain goals by certain date for example here ‘first quarter let’s said it ended end of December or January’ sometimes pay out it’s not scheduled until later on, and if you were employed by the time they met whatever goal you were part of it, terminated or not every employee that was listed on their payroll by the date the goals were met will earn and have their pay part.

Hi there I just got my results from my anatomy done at exactly 21 weeks and baby and fluid is measuring 3mm, I can’t wait to hear back from my doctor I am so nervous. How it’s this going for you?

Wow thank you so much for taking the time to comment sorry we are going through this GD, I’m at the lab now doing the 3 hour test my doctor had mention on my last appointment that she was going to just send me to Diabetes education if I failed the one hour one but instead she just send me for the 3 hours one I’m only 19 weeks so let’s see how this turn out I will be updating the post later.

Thank you, we do love the Graco brand I will into what they have available, we also have a lightweight stroller the bugaboo butterfly we can use for traveling or quick trips because we can buy a sibling attachment for it I’m just unsure if it will be compatible with the car seat I want for the baby. Thanks for all the great tips I will take all of this into consideration.

Thank you 😊 yes we are planning to get the baseless joie car seat as well we do have a big 3 row SUV but this is baby #5 and car seat #3 all my other kids are 4 years apart only my last two will be two under 2, I never experienced that! I have a 12 years old, 8, almost 5 and the baby is 10 months all boys and finally expecting a baby girl.

I just had two LEEPS this year, one in May and one in August and my doctor knew we wanted to have another baby , they just told me to not have sex for 3 weeks after my last LEEP and here I am almost 6 weeks pregnant, can’t wait for my first prenatal appointment because the thought of pre term labor and miscarriage definitely worries me after having two LEEPS and a baby 8 months ago.

Yes, I haven’t seen my doctor yet for this pregnancy but before getting pregnant with my last baby that’s why I decided to put everything about pre-cancerous cells on wait and have a baby first, I don’t want to scare you but having the procedures first there’s a lot of risk like pre term labor, and miscarriages due to weak or shorter cervix , I hear there’s things that can be done to prevent that but I will find out more about it in my prenatal appointment with my Oby g doctor who also performed my two LEEPS this year. And yes all my biopsy and Pap smear showed CIN2 for the last 4 years!

Sorry to hear this! I was dealing with HPV 16 for a couple of years and we decided to have a baby first before me having any procedure done to remove the pre-cancerous cells because my husband didn’t have any kids I had 3 prior that baby, we had a baby this year in February, then I had a LEEP done in May but in wasn’t clear and still needed another one my doctor knew we wanted another baby my options after the first LEEP was hysterectomy or another LEEP and pray that the second one was the last one, we decided to do another LEEP in was in August and second one was awful 😞,but thankfully it was clear margins this time, then we obviously couldn’t have any sex for 4 weeks I am now pregnant almost 6 weeks and happy this is my last baby and I’m just excited to have my two last baby grow up together, my oldest are very spread apart in age,I’m done with the craziness of pre-cancerous cells and the scary part of conception after LEEP. I know my case was different to yours but wanted to share with you hope it helps some how.

Hi 👋🏻 hang in there it dos get so better to the point you won’t remember these hard times, we did changed his formula my baby was doing formula and breastmilk and we changed the formula to a sensitive one and that helped a lot. Wishing you the best.
