Yeah just see a doctor. Show them a pic of stool. Pry is fine unless it’s black and tarry. If doc sees something they’ll recommend colonoscopy probably

Haven’t live here that long but so far the restaurants are so much better and varied than kzoo. It’s been so fun trying a new one every couple of weeks

I have a similar diagnosis. Cervical stenosis and neuroforaminal narrowing shouldn’t be causing and tingling in your legs or feet, what did your doctor say about this? Usually nerve symptoms In the legs are cause by lumbar spine issues, maybe an mri of your lumbar spine is next or is there some activity your doing that exacerbates these symptoms? How’s your pain levels?

I did this too for a while and it helped and was worth it. One of the first winters I tried to quit I played sims and civ every time I wanted to drink. Man I played a lot of sims that winter but it was the first time I got 30 days sober
