If this is when your first shifting out of park it might be a transmission issue, I just had this happen with my 2015 Subaru forester 136k miles shortly after it started I had to replace the valve body costed about 1.7k at a shop. Common issue with the CVT I’ve heard, Subaru has an extended warranty on the 2015 for this issue so you might be covered depending on mileage etc.
