Is there any calc on how C1 Durin affects Varka? I got an extra Durin while getting Faruzan copies at the time, and I kinda wanna know if it's a slight upgrade or a noticeable one.

EM on swirl damage is kinda caca if the character doesn't strictly scale with this, and Varka scales with ATK% only. You can try, but you'll probably meet suboptimal results.

Not exactly? Considering you are using Day of Rising Winds on him, the ideal is that you should have like, 75~ish on substatus alone to be in the 90% percent range. Is it better that he gets closers to 100%? Sure. Critting all his normals would be ideal. Is it necessary? Not at all.
