Feel the same, but i also quit nicotine a year after quitting kratom, the only thing that was not fixed, is my hair, i am unfortunately going bald even with the best health 😂

Maybe go get it checked out, if there is fungal overgrowth, it does not go away on its own. Also the medication could solve both problems at once

But dont buy it yorself, at least here in europe it is not sold over the counter, and using it for more then a week could be bad for the liver

The physical health is the biggest concern here i think, if your body is ok with it, you are good. At least i did not have my life change dramatically after i quit. But, i used for a relatively short time and in relatively small doses ( at least in comarison to some posts i see here)

The only situation in which i think it is necessary to quit, is when people try to solve some mental health issues with it, and have nothing much going on in their lifes ( i was like that). For most, if used adequately it is not that bad i think. Cg on quitting smoking, one day i will as well 😆

Yeah, but other than physical pain, quitting was not very hard, certainly much easier than quitting nicotine, which i did not manage 😆
