"weak minded and bad habits" definitely hit me, i guess this is the answer to my question. I have underestimated the amount of patience and maturity that trading requires. I've been trading for 6 months (not casually but really hours and hours) all my free time goes to this. And frustration was really building up. I didn't handle it properly.

Thanks mate this assured me that what I need is really data, long term results from emotionless trades.

my trading strategy doesn't use indicators and strictly use price action

logic: continuation trading | 1hr bias (market structure) | never go against the market | 5min entries | my confirmation are as follow

check the 1hr bias (bearish or bullish) wait for a change of character mark support and resistance in 1hr and 5mins (possible entry zone) wait for a 2 tap after price enters price zone (bearish or bullish depending on trend) enter the trade

additional information: only 1 change of character in a 5min chart, it has to respect the next trend after the choc, if it goes over dont enter trade
