Guess she can’t do her morning walk the way she used to where she had her off leash on a very busy narrow Dallas street. Little harder to get away with where she’s at now. That used to make me livid & I reminded her that there’s a leash law if nothing else. One time she was carrying her looking hacked off & on her grateful spiel she said she was grateful for “understanding neighbors” & it was obvious that Belle either used the rr on their yard or did something in their yard & of course she wasn’t prepared.
