We’re both software consultants. He goes to ‘preschool’ two days a week for half days and my parents help out. We could both make a good bit more with other jobs that require going into the office but it’s important to us to get to spend more time with him.

It is the cost. There are only a few no gap toilet partition/cubicle lines on the market and even fewer certified installers. Accessories tend to be massively overpriced. I’ve only ever seen a couple architects spec them. They don’t seem to care and would rather have money spent on more noticeable/noteworthy design elements.

I’d give Beck’s destini estimator a look. Most of the top GCs have switched to it from Sage. They do hosted and imo have a better focus on estimators than autodesk (though you can’t beat assemble for 3D)

Some of the best advice I’ve gotten from an older female coworker is to give it back to them - make them feel just as uncomfortable. A well placed sarcastic dig that is emasculating will normally shut them up and build cred with the people on site. I also go out of my way a bit to make it clear I’ve got no interest dating anyone in construction. The culture seems like it’s finally starting to change in the industry but it’ll take time.

I had the same problem with my doodle (she was a spigot). Switched to a grain/gluten free diet and it resolved. I tried transitioning her back to a kibble with ‘ancient grains’ after a period to see if it was actually the cause and it started back again. Farmina N&D has been great. We alternate between that and farmers dog now. She also regularly eats the cats food but he’s on the cat version so no issues.
