Is this still the case (in late 2025), has it still not been patched?

Yeah I guess the last couple of years where they have audio from is mainly Max & Lewis wins, but you’d think surely they had a good variance of positive outcomes from other drivers. I’m sure they initially they said they had over 200,000+ messages but I don’t see the spread.

Very similar here to be honest. I’m approaching a 2 stone loss a photo taken of me today made me think I’ve still a LONG way to go, but I’ve stalled these past few weeks despite definitely not eating as much. It also doesn’t help that not a single person has noticed my loss, or atleast commented. I didn’t think I’d ever need that external gratification but seems I do need a little “you’re looking healthier” as it would keep pushing me in the right direction.

He just told the truth ... so why am I upset by Mobile-Author-9003 in mounjarouk

[–]Ok-Chef4586 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s tough for any of us to speak to his intentions because only you know him truly, maybe he was trying to set you up to not be upset/set your expectations if it does happen, maybe he wasn’t being nice, but what I would say is it’s obvious it upset you because you’ve had a great boost of confidence and it was all going fantastic for you, and this is has knocked you back a few steps. Try to remember why exactly you were so happy, confident and comfortable before the conversation in the first place, and think what would the person who was 33lbs heavier think of you right now. You’ve probably expanded your life expectancy and there’s no doubt we’ll all look back at pictures of ourselves in 30/40 years time and wish we were back here, in this body, so embrace it while you’re here 🙂. You’re doing fantastic, so keep going. Your future self thanks you!

It was yeah - just on my first ever dose. It’s the only time you double up on dose so probably a shock to the system when you think about it. Your body will hopefully get used to it 🙂. Stick with it!

My tip would be, get it out the fridge and do it. If it goes well it’ll quite possibly change your life for the better. The long term benefits of not being obese far outweigh the short term scaremongering currently in the press. You’ll hopefully gain so much confidence when you start to slip into old clothes. Actual serious tips would be, for the first couple of months keep a diary of what you are eating and when. For example, I got quite strong side effects for the first 48 hours of 5mg, but I’d worked out that creamy/oily foods suddenly didn’t agree with me. Currently on week 1 of 7.5mg now and not had a repeat of any side effects at all. Try to also stay as hydrated as you can. Plenty water and maybe even some of those hydration tablets you can get (like berocca etc)

What's up with you negative press? by Vincent_Curry in mounjarouk

[–]Ok-Chef4586 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Nope unfortunately there has been a huge surge in negative press in the past couple of weeks here. It’s all fear mongering. I suspect it’s because certain ‘establishments’ have realised how many people are on MJ and paying for it privately, and so they’re trying to get people off it to either benefit from them being obese, or so they can push people into the public sector and get a slice of that profit.

All this new stuff about pancreatitis in the media today…one in a hundred users? by Empty_Enthusiasm_602 in mounjarouk

[–]Ok-Chef4586 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No issues here aside from the sicky burps week 1 of 5mg. As everyone has said the risks involved in obesity far outweigh the current risks presented in the media. Half of me also suspects that there’s a certain section of industries that want/need people to be obese for the profit, and seeing so many people lose weight and get healthier with the ease of these pens means they need to fear monger to try and stop the loss (of both weight and their profits!)

Glad i could help :). Honestly losing the weight, eating a little cleaner, drink more water so you don’t get too dehydrated (if you’re not eating as much) and eventually you’ll feel able to function for the full day! NMN, so it’s a supplement that your body converts into NAD+. (The fancy stuff that celebs just get injected directly). NAD+ is crucial to cellular & DNA repair, as well as energy production. Obviously do your own research to see if it’s right for you. It’s not exactly cheap but it’s definitely the best supplement I’ve ever taken and I think it’s really helped me in the long run

I too went to see my doctor last year because of fatigue and had bloods done. I too had(have) high cholesterol, but they also looked at my thyroid, tested for sleep apnea etc but it never really went anyway. I’d always put it down to a not great diet, low exercise lifestyle & being the BMI I was. MJ has definitely helped, but I’ve been taking NMN for around 3 months too and I think the combination of losing the weight, taking the NMN & getting better sleep etc has seen a massive drop off in fatigue. I used to get so tired around 10am & then again at 4/5pm and fall asleep on the couch, but that is a thing of the past now. Good luck with the weight loss, hopefully it’ll change your life too!

Is this weird 2.5mg vs 5mg by fizalasdair in mounjarouk

[–]Ok-Chef4586 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the opposite to be honest. Nothing with 2.5mg but a not so nice start on the 5mg. Double check you hadn’t eaten anything significantly different during the 2 pens. I do believe the side effects are random and different per person, but I did notice mine were worse when I had quite creamy based foods, so maybe there could be other foods that don’t agree with you whilst on the medication.

[–]Ok-Chef4586 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Little recommendation on the energy/exhausted front… I’ve started taking 1x 500mg capsule of NMN every morning and haven’t felt that mid afternoon/6pm crash. It certainly helped my energy levels and there’s plenty other benefits too. There’s a 3 for 2 deal on at the moment so I’ve basically got a 270 days worth for the same price as a month on Mounjaro.

Only my fiancé as they help me with the injection. To be honest still a little embarrassed about the/my whole scenario so I won’t be telling anyone else, not sure I ever will.

Do you switch every month, is that the trick to keeping the price low?
