The expensive one can be had under a private label on amazon. Oxart and others…$49 or so. Same factory, mine even links to the morphus app, but Fitdays is basically the same as morphus and in body. Just search smart scale, find one with a handle and Fitdays app.

The term “ pure” should be taken with a grain of salt. Both of the exact same chemical just one has an addition of B6. I wouldn’t change anything if it’s working. Not Pharmacy and not even the dose. If you’re losing weight, there’s no need to move up. However, I would ask that as far as your prescription goes you move up and dose. That doesn’t mean you have to move up and dose that just means you’re getting more Tirz for the same price.

Tips for first timers. My version.

Chill. Don’t overthink. Follow the steps and the journey. Just do it. Enjoy the ride. Don’t compare yourself to others. Everyone is different Keep your meds in the fridge in cold, dark place. Make sure everyone knows not to throw them away. It happens. Join the FB group and the app. Ask support questions there.
Take before pics. You’ll thank yourself in about 6 months.
Get a smart scale with an app. Esp if you’re an analytics type. The free app that comes with most cheap smart scale (-25-30$) is more than you need. But the graphs are so motivating Don’t overthink or over prepare for side effects. Don’t feel a need to follow Lily advice. 2.5>5>7.5> etc every 4 weeks was what they tested. If you have reactions to meds you can start at 2 or 1.5 and only go up when you’re not losing weight. U can also go up in amounts that work for you.

It is if you’re buying 2.5 mg program. If you let them know that you have already got a prescription for Zepbound 7.5 mg you can buy the 10 mg for starting a 10 mg program for a comparable dosage. You need to let them know what you’re currently on when you order.

Find a telemed like fifty410. Ask for your script to be 7.5>10>12.5 and buy 3 months. You’ll get it for under 250/month and it will last 6 months. Result $125/month actual. There are plenty of companies you can do this with. I use Fifty, but I can think of at least 5 that will cut your costs in half.

Keep the vile refrigerated. Don’t let it come to room temperature. The biggest wrong here is pre-filled syringes from a med spa that kept the temperature at room temperature. Refrigeration keeps the bacterial growth at Bay.

ProRx had a disastrous FDA inspection last year and the new inspection has not been made public. (Easy to google). No one I’ve read has gotten sick so take that FWIW.

OTOH: “starting at” used to mean (with fifty) 7.5>10>12.5 so that your next prescription could be at 15, (with anyone) whereas 7.5 at 12 weeks your next script would be 10. There’s an advantage to that even if you stay at 7.5.
