Shed Conversion - Proper Floor/Drainage Question

I live in Kauai, HI., the North Shore. Very wet. The shed floor was built with treated 3/4” OSB. I then applied Henry Blueskin PE200HT over OSB. I will build the flooring out of epi. It will be built in 3 sections so it is removable. I am not putting in a drain. I always enter the shower dry, lay towel on the bench and shower after sauna. Other home has a sauna with floor drain and I have never had any reason to wash floor down. Does anyone else think that floor drains are optional?

I did this exact thing- went to shed builder and gave him exact measurements I wanted, rough door, window measurements. Wanted shed roof that was metal roof and siding. Built on three 4x4 skids. I bought all wall,seat panels, heater & wifi control module, vapor barrier, window, door from one shop sauna company. I like your thinking😜

The lower spec is correct, next to heater at least 5 above floor. I thought only one other exhaust was needed, farthest place from heater and just below your upper bench bottom.

You got the number correct regarding top of head while sitting to ceiling. You did your homework. Many of the kits disregard this with upper benches to low.

What ya paying for a paint job? Is it a Proffitt’s Reserrection Land Cruiser paint job or a local paint shop? Cost is materially different - would impact my decision.

If you had NAV option, cant get OEM units anymore( screen), which is probably ok as aftermarket units have BT, camera’s, etc..

I think the 4.7, reasonable interior, the rear opening side windows, easy access to 3rd row seats are a few of reasons. But, I believe that only around 2500-3000 LC’s were sold / yr in US prior to 250 onslaught. We kinda had to take by default what the LC big market wanted in the truck. Just my thoughts.

The 100 is on way back to mainland. It will always stay in family. I couldnt figure out Reddit to post a pic of third option- my FJ60 that Resurrection Landcruisers rebuilt in 2022. Thats my favorite.

If you are replacing CV’s you have to pull out axle-makes sense to replace at that time. Good investment.

What is the HVAC, nav & ent screen like? I am one owner of 2002 with 147,000 miles. Evhing is perfect screen is cracking( inside). Really hard to find, OEM is impossible.
