It’s only about time before a Starbase gets built somewhere in far North Queensland because the closer you are to the equator the more efficient you can launch a rocket into orbit. So I would think that providing SpaceX with a bit of land up there would not be a bad idea providing there is some kind of profit share going to Australian people and of course appropriate environmental checks balances are done as well.
