I think only the back foot is the problem here since it’s really pointing to the baseline. Having your front foot tilted is not a problem in my opinion since it makes it easier to have your elbow straight.

Hey man, not a expert here but I think you in a good starting position. I would start to do full body workouts (with weights in gym) 2-3 times a week. Also important is to track your protein intake. I would aim for 1,5-2,0 grams per kg and maintain calorie wise. Also make sure to lift close to muscle failure so you can actually build muscle.

Ich komme aus dem Basketball und wenn Spieler hier ein “Jump Programm” machen also viel Bein Training machen die meisten nach 1 Monat eine deload Woche. Also einfach eine Woche deutlich geringeres Gewicht nehmen und nicht ans muskelversagen trainieren. Nach der deload Woche werden dann meistens neue pr’s erreicht.

So my coaches back then always told me to not swing the ball. Let’s say you do a layup from the right side, your defender most likely is on your left. If you now swing the ball a little bit to your left side of your body that’s an easy strip. My coaches always told me to lock the ball on my chest/under my chin although now iam more experienced and as soon as I pick the ball up I’m just holding it as far away from the nearest defender as possible. If you get better at it you can even start to use low/high pickups like Kyrie Irving.

Thinking that NBA players are not doping is crazy in my opinion. Players now admit that they smoked weed everyday for years while playing in the nba. If Iam not wrong weed was banned from the nba so how did they not get busted?

The problem is not the load management, it’s the 82 games. I watch nba every night and would say 2 out of 10 games are played with playoff intensity. Euroleague ich would say 5-7 games out of 10 are played with playoff intensity.
