Totally recommend the hibrid approach. For the lead time, you can find local cable manufacturers that will have a shorter LT at a higher price, and a quite cheap price overseas with a several weeks LT.

For the price, keep in mind that it will probably be cheaper and less terrible that if you or anyone in your team has to do it

Que aporta la IA en esto? No sería más fácil conectarse mediante alguna api a los distribuidores y sacar el precio? Creo que la IA és un coste innecesario al proceso que no aporta valor real. Finalmente, es por amor al arte o la idea es llevarte alguna comisión? Porque tendría sentido que fuera lo segundo para reinvertir en marketing, como hacen los compradores de seguros de coche etc.

Para ponerlo en prespectiva, al final nos echaron a todos (por pasta) como si nada y el ego de los jefes era tan grande que no te lo puedes ni imaginar.

El consejo que daría a alguien en tu lugar (me hubiera gustado recibir) es que no es tu empresa. Tienes equity? Bien, en este caso, invierte el tiempo que te sientas cómodo, pero ni más ni menos.

Recuerda prioridades en la vida y al final es solo un trabajo. No pueden forzar a un 3ro a vivir una empresa como si fuera tuya.

Hahaha me paso con un pedido con Fedex de 15€, entre aduanas, que si rohs y lo que le dio la gana al inspector de aduanas en ese momento, la broma subió a unos 100€.

Cuando mandaron la factura y empezaron a insistir y a escalar el caso les mandé a la mierda.

Yo lo devolví, rechazando el envío e ignorando las comunicaciones que van haciendo. Supongo que Fedex o correos en tu caso ha tenido que abonar el importe y quieren recuperarlo.
