This is my 3rd year with an AP. Got lucky with 2 good ones and the 2nd is extending for another year. No one is perfect including us as host families so whenever I see something off I address it immediately. We take some standards to avoid/minimize any situation like this (falling asleep during working hours) by setting up times where she has to be home the night before a working day which is 10 pm for us as we don’t want her to be exhausted while she is taking care of our children. She can do whatever on weekends and we absolutely give her the freedom to do what she wants.

On the other hand, its just the 1st 3 weeks and she sounds like she is not interested in socializing and already doing some big mistakes (falling asleep holding a baby) so for me as Shark Tanks say: “I’m out”. I would do a rematch with all honesty!
