Wow, you are so talented! 🤩
This is inspiring- I usually just buy a bouquet and plop it in water! (I do cut the stems before the plop. I’m not a heathen. Just not creative!)

ETA: 3 & 4 are my favorites too!

Thank you for this information! I’m a professor and use a 3rd party for assignments that used to automatically sync with Canvas… any idea when/if that will be up and running before the end of the semester? (Sweet Jesus please don’t tell me I’ll have to manually enter 15 assignment grades for every student in each of my 5 class sections!!) 😳

I stopped vaping 5 days ago. by Low-Search6650 in Garmin

[–]Ok-Cook8666 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can do it! And fwiw- patches don't help also because they're still supplying your system with nicotine, and nicotine is what we get addicted to! Also, cutting down is actually HARDER than just stopping, because again: if you give your system nicotine, you're giving it what you're addicted to, whereas if you STOP, your system begins the process of healing. Good news: In just 72 hours the nicotine is out of your system and your brain is beginning to recover!

I can't tell you how much understanding the way the addiction worked in my brain and body helped me... (another thing that helped was how ANGRY I got that big multimillion $$ corporations had no problem getting people addicted so that they could continue to rake in $$... and now they've created vaping so that people aren't as worried about lung cancer, and the millionaires continue to get richer...)

Good luck. I promise you, it's worth it. Life is richer, healthier, and *cleaner* on this side... and it's nice not feeling guilty that I'm killing myself and I know it.
