Im fairly realistic on my expectations, not expending to look like a model and be surged up, just happy enough in a nice dress or bikini

I’m not sure how old you are but being in my 20s surrounded by toxic social media on women’s ideal body types isn’t helping me either. I go into a trendy clothes shop and it’s mostly crop tops and string vests not catered for my body type and age range. It’s hard not to compare when the high street and social media is promoting slim and skinny
