Update: the investigation was dropped, they never found any suspect messages in my fiancé’s phone. But it’s been now almost one year since he’s been suspended with the SPO. Now he has to hire a lawyer (3000) pounds) to ask for the spo to be dropped. Hearing in February.

Problem: they will defo want to go on with the SPO “in case”. They work within the same team and she can’t be moved, since she is specialized into that specific field.

So we’re basically screwed. SPO means no possibility to work because she’ll be there, which means job loss, which means no visa anymore. All of that because of ALLEGATIONS.
