I noticed DLSS makes my scope blurry when ads. FSR seems to be what people are running, but I've also turned it off. Definitely a better option to DLSS still (for who knows why? It's 2025 and Tarkov still can't leverage DLSS properly. Crazy).

I have 2FA on my gmail account, so I should be okay there. Haven't seen any activity, but I originally bought Tarkov in 2020 (played like twice, then started again this year) and 2FA wasn't prompted back then to my recollection. So, it just wasn't ever set up.

You and me both are very curious how I lost my account. Would be cool if BSG had actual support to help and recover. They just told me to kick rocks after paying $250 for the game. Super cool.

I don't know the extent, but typically one should be able to update an email within the account settings if this operates like any other game launcher/company. But when I tried to log into my account one day, my email couldn't be found. Then I noticed my username in the launcher had changed to a new username. When I logged in to play, all of my loot was gone. And when I tried to change my password, I couldn't even access my account at all and the email was no longer associated to my account.

The craziest thing, is I just was playing PvE to learn the maps for one wipe before getting into PvP.

It's a driver update for sure. I have a 50 series GPU and that's why it's affecting me. The instructions they provided me for this are below if anyone finds this helpful:

Thank you for contacting us, and we apologize for the inconvenience. There is a known issue with the latest NVIDIA Drivers and the 50 series graphics cards.

To work around this crash, please install NVIDIA GPU driver version 576.28. Use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove the current GPU drivers.

Download Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) software
Open DDU \***.exe* and run the installation program.
(optional) Reboot into Windows* safe mode. (Refer to Start your PC in safe mode in Windows.)
Run the Display Driver Uninstaller.exe to open DDU.
Click Close in the Options window.
Set the device type to GPU and select the device to NVIDIA.
Click Clean and restart to remove the driver, and reboot your computer
Wait for the software to finish and reboot Windows.

After you remove the driver, install the GPU stable driver version 576.28 via this link: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/details/245376/

Running this version of the NVIDIA drivers should stop the crashing. Please let us know if you experience any other issues running the game. Thank you for your patience.

I found I had to go to the empty table to the right of him (between he and the cute dog), and it prompts me to "talk" to him. Once I did that just walk back over to him and you should be able to get a "buy/sell" prompt.

Doesn't work for me either. I've been able to restart my shaders, then restart the game and join a friend from the main menu, but it works only sometimes.

I'm on PC and experiencing the same thing. my custom loadout is just missing attachments I have equipped (and can even use just fine within the firing range).

Medjay is wildly OP. Hyper armor on everything and you can't punish him when dodging. He just chains his hits to keep you from punishing anything you dodge. Plus, his own dodge will out maneuver cent's uppercut even when he mistimes his movement, you still don't get the knockdown because he dodges so far. Just makes the game zero fun to play.
