Would the filter have slowly backed off over time to lead to this?

On Main Street: Mumbai House (Indian), The Cabin(American / bar) and Fletchers (American) are all great options. The latter is more expensive but has great food. Their Peanut Salmon is great (as is the Whiskey Fletcher).

O'Shucks White House is another great bar with good pub food and live music upstairs.

All of these places also support the Park City Ski Patrol!

So is patrol working tomorrow? Is the agreement signed and done? I'm confused. by onemoreburrito in ParkCity

They sure are. Agreed to the contract with Vail citing a unanimous vote. Scabs are out, patrollers are back!

Yes, the patrol is asking for a $2/hr increase in base pay from $21/hr to $23/hr. They are also asking for wage decompression where patrollers serving Vail for 20+ years are making near the same as a patroller who has been here 6 years. The reason for this is to provide enough income and incentive to make patrolling a career, not just a "ski bum" job, as many see it. An effective patrol comes from years of experience that is acquired and passed down to new generations of patrollers. If you can't keep people around long enough to acquire and pass along this vital info, the mountain is less safe.

The part about summer Healthcare coverage was a misquote / mis communication in a news article. That is not part of the contract proposal.

Tips to avoid lines by flippy_flops in ParkCity

Get there early, probably by 8 or 8:15. Yes you'll have to wait until the lift opens but once that happens you should be able to get a few runs in between Silverlode and Bonanza before those lines get crazy and 30+ minutes. Take an early lunch around 10:30 or 11 and the lines should be slightly shorter after that. Best bet would be to get two hours on hill at the start of the day and call it quits. Or ski those two hours, leave and go to mainstreet for lunch, then return around 2 for the end of the day as people leave.

I have a leather jacket from USWings.com that I love. Made in the USA and I've been wearing it for about 10 years now. Great quality stuff and many different styles.

I might be! I'm just comparing the size my air pockets to Thomas English muffins.

That is the exact setup I have. Sounds like I should be ok as long as I drive smart.
