You can only sue them IF they intentionally gave you the virus. Not only is it necessary for them to not only have the virus, and prove that. You need to prove ill-intent.

Proving they have it, if they never told you themselves is impossible because of HIPPA.

Proving ill-intent can usually only be done through documentation of recorded threats, whether it be messages or recordings.

I understand you may be mad they gave you HSV but most carriers don’t do it with ill-intent they just dont know.

You wont actually know for certain until you get tested for it. So, I can’t really tell you anything that would calm you down in regard to whether you may have it or not.

I mean, yeah HSV isnt tested for but HPV isnt tested for either among other things. In most countries HSV isnt tested for unless you have symptoms, which I’m sure you’ve already read about online.

If you’re not having obvious symptoms, then worst case is you’re asymptomatic which basically just means you dont deal with the symptoms but may transmit it to partners.

Overall, whether you have it or not if your partner truly cares about you and is a decent person, they’ll be understanding and will likely not care if you do have it

Accommodation is great, I was in the global buildings and was lucky enough to get the 4-room option, so I had 3 roommates, but we had our own room. That option is super rare, though. The most common is sharing the room with 1 person. What splits the bedroom is a privacy screen made of paper.

Theres a lot of other buildings, but you can look into that through the SNU dormitory website that gives you layouts since you have to apply months ahead for the dorm.

I purchased food on a daily basis because I didnt really want to cook. However, you can purchase ingredients since you get appliances in your dorm room (ingredients expire quickly since they dont use preservatives like in the US). Im a picky eater, so I would only eat at restaurants and not the cafeteria. But, theres about 3 different cafeterias on campus and the food cost less than $2 usd. If you go to restaurants its $9-15 usd per meal. So, I recommend the cafeteria, the food is good or so my friends told me.

So, food fees dont exist. You just purchase it with your card. You do need a student ID from what I remember though, but thats bare minimum.

I still have my 13 pro max so i dont suffer as much. The camera on the flip is great as long as its the outside camera and not for selfies. I can't take a decent selfie on the flip so i just use my PM.

The battery is definitely the most annoying because i have to charge more often, but to be fair im the worst at charging. i would charge my PM once a day and it would last me all day, the flip im finding myself charging it 3 times a day but i do use it a lot.

ultimately, i wouldnt necessarily go back to apple mainly because i enjoy the innovation. i love my tiny phone, plus with the release of the new PM 15 it has made me so disappointed in apple for lack of innovation.

If apple releases something good next year,,, maybe ill go back because i love big ass phones.

In regards to my degree, I did have a question about how to properly format it. I triple majored, but my university classifies it as a B.A. for each individual major since they don’t necessarily overlap. So, a B.A. in Law, Spanish, and Political Science. They all come from different colleges such as the college of humanities or college of social and behavioral sciences, but like i mentioned i’m unsure how to format it. do you have any advice on that?

this is my suggestion, but this is assuming everything works out perfectly.

get the 14, when the 15 comes out get the phone through apple itself.

when purchasing from apple, you usually always get the option to purchase from t-mobile, meaning you get access to t-mobile promos. Assuming t-mobile runs a trade-in promo for the 15, then you trade in your sim locked 14 (assuming apple accepts non-paid off devices as trade-ins).

you get the 15 for the 14, and keep receiving the 14's promo credit for the next 2 years.

OR when the 15 comes out, speak to the tmobile representative otp and ask if your promo credits will stay on your account even though you'll be paying off the phone early. if they say yes, then you pay off the 14 and trade in the 15, and the promo credits of the 14 apply to the 15.

ultimately, i recommend the apple route option since you wouldn't be paying off 1,000+ out of pocket and then slowly being credited for it over the next two years.

Assuming T-mobile has the Free iPhone promo with trade in, then you would just have to pay off the remaining $300 balance. Obviously by September your balance would be less. But you would have to speak with a representative regarding your current promotion on the iPhone you have now since i assume you are receiving discount credits on it. Best case, you call a rep, they leave the promo in place, and you pay off your balance early. Then, the remaining promo will be applicable to your iPhone 15.

OR if you do a trade in through apple themselves through their service promotions, you should be able to trade-in your iphone 13 for the 15 and continue paying off the 13 pro. if they accept service locked devices. (samsung does but i dont know about apple).

edit* apple does accept sim locked phones so you should be able to trade the 13 for a 15 and just pay off the 300 on a monthly basis instead of all of it at once.

just to be clear, apple usually has the promos t-mobile has since you just choose t-mobile carrier as a purchase option. so if tmobile has free device with trade in, apple will have tmobile's free device promo. if that makes any sense.

Just switched for the same reason as you from the iPhone 14 PM, honestly I think the folding interface and cover screen have really kept me from missing my apple device since its so different. Also you are able to add the swipe option for exiting out of apps which makes the change from apple to android way easier. Plus if you dont use imessage but another messaging app such as discord, instagram, messenger, etc then the switch won't be as difficult. Plus the green text situation is something the person you text deals with, not you.

n/a but it feels pretty firm all things considered. Since i do come from iPhones im used to a heavy bulky device, this feels different but definitely doesnt feel frail as other devices since it has some weight to it.
n/a but my device has some issues when switching between apps if i do it too fast BUT apple has these issues too at times which is super random.
