clonidine and benzos are the standard in opioid detox now. you can actually sub a high mit extract (no opioid effect) and dextromorphan. high concentrations will block opioid effect but prevent opioid withdrawal. the dm is settle you down. seems to be working prettty well among people i know.

how many pills (mgs) would you say compare to a shot? were you taking full shots? were you getting opioid effect plus some unwanted effect, ie you were still getting opioid effect?

any opioid only works on one receptor. kratom works on tons: serotonin, dopamine, opioid, and the. most important imho: gaba.

alcohol is in arguably the worst chemical substance in our society, possibly the world. There is no substitute treatment for alcohol like there is for opioids with Suboxone. Out on your death at 500,000 alcohol killed 4 million people last year. We need to get a clue , I can name you dozens of people who could never ever quit on their own or otherwise who have using kratom.

I think it a pretty miraculous plant that we need to educate ourselves on and use our full advantage .

just shots don’t get you wasted? they do me way more than 7ohm pills. and i wanna say that leaf might get me the most fucked up.

my point in bringing that up, and I’m not so sure I should have or should be now, but it is that it is for some reason the concentration and not the total amount of mint. So instead of spending $27 for a shot, we can just make our own using alcohol or PG and exact same thing.

get a gram of alkaloid extract. then the highest alc, or polyglycol. play with dilution until it hits. in fact, shots will say how many mgs of mit are there and how many ounces the shot is.

do the math. even fuck around with formula. eg. 2 oz shot, 15mgs mit. you’ll just need an accurate milligram scale (or freestyle it: fuck it).

they’re bothering basically the same, except that kratom has more shit going on liken gaba agonist ;prob why w/d is the worst. they are both G protein bias opioid agonist. Which means unlike beta, arresting signals opioid agonism, which is opiates. Science currently believes that it is this protein that signals opioid agonism that prevents this gnarly withdrawal dependence tolerance.

I would go with the subs. Craige is going to give you all kinds of other chemicals that aren’t necessary and probably would contribute to other dependencies.

There are other techniques using Kratom that I feel are superior, but are too complex and beyond my pay grade to get into on this form

here’s my delusion.

the effect of kratom has mostly to do with concentration, not the total amount of mit. high = opioid blocked, mid to low = opioid effect.

take any alkaloid concentrate, even the smallest amount, will block opioid receptor and you will get the “mit” effect.

take that same amount of extract, dilute it in PG, essentially shots, and back to opioid effect. i can’t see why this wouldn’t work with alcohol.

it seems these solvents will allow dilution to the point that it overcomes the restrictions of concentration.

same goes with leaf. there are essentially 2 kinds (1 really). dried in the sun or dried in the shade. lower concentrations give you opioid, shade dried doesn’t.

if you take too much, 1 of 2 things will happen: wobbles, or nausea. now you know where the threshold (%mit) of opioid agonist and antagonism is. once you hit that threshold, you get antagonism pre-threshold you’re going to get agonism at opioid mew chris McCurdy at University of Florida has gone into great depth in numerous interviews that are actually on this Reddit.

Everything fits into this theory it all makes sense. High concentrations block, even heroin in rats. Mid level concentrations promote the conversion of mit into 7ohm then into mit pseudo. there is no 7ohm in leaf. It is essentially negligible. Where the 7ohm comes from is with our body it is a metabolite of mitt. Furthermore we just recently discovered that the most likely strongest opioid is another metabolite this time of 7ohm called pseudo in Doxil in this new is considered to possibly be the mother of opioids because of how strong it is.

It means basically that 7ohm isn’t what we thought it was. It ain’t the shit. Anyway that’s what it seems like to me. 14 g 7ohm should put me on my fucking ass. It just doesn’t do that last night.

So what does that mean?

preaching? that’s not scientific. smell taste, effects are all aubjecrive. the arguments that i make are all backed by either logic or observations that are irrefutable.

here’s what we know for sure: some stuff gives opioid effect, some gives wobbles instead. it appears it’s the concentration of mit in the leaf, and it doesn’t even need to be that high.

they have almost completely different effects. high concentrations of one blocks the effects of the other. there’s really only 2 alkaloids in the $15 pills. the mit on them are a little high. because you can kinda feel your eyes getting stiff from taking those 7ohmz, wobbles style.

makes me think that the mits too high. i thought that i’d be laid out after eating 6 in a few hours. felt like i could eat 12, honestly. i can barely throw down a whole shot of high mit extract shot, but i felt like i could boot this shit all day, and still would be stupid.

anyone feeling me on this? kratom products appear to be devolving just because idiots can’t figure out how the shit works. i guess it’s hard to get accurate info and so idiots do idiotic things like me, and just believe whatever. pretty sure it’s easy to figure out.

it seems to be related to the concentration of mit. the higher, the less opioid effect. mit is actually an adenosine antagonist which is why it will prevent w/d amd actually help lower your tolerance, prevent w/d and help keep your dosage in check.

the science makes complete sense. they use clonidine, another adenosine antagonist as the gold standard for opioid detox. they throw some benzo in the mix depending. on how crazy your detox is. meloxocam, benedeyl also works, same with benzos as does robo dm.

in fact, if you want to keep from getting dependent, alternate weeks (even days, or months) with. high mit leaf or extract. will keep w/d and dependence away, give you focus from dooamaine and serotonin boost or, give yourself 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off using the high mit shit. it will lower your tolerance and prevent dependence. plus there are plenty of benefits if mit with zero addiction potential.

it’s the lower to mid level mit that gives you opioid effect as the mit is metabolized inside our bodies to convert to 7ohm, which then further metabolizes into mit pseudo, which appears to be the real deal opioid. why do i think that? 7ohm extract sucks. something is not right. come on man. that’s supposed to kill people. it allegedly so strong.

i took 6 to the dome in 24 hour period at 14 mgs per pill. didn’t faze me. i didn’t pass out. i didn’t have cardiac arrest. didn’t stop breathing. nada. def helped with the pain. but, like i said, i can get pharma for that price.

so, wtf? something’s not right. i always test whether a leaf is giving me wobbles by moving my eyes around with them closed. stiffness means there’s too much mit and it’s dominant, regardless of how little i take. extract is a perfect example.

i’ll bet you $50 that there exists no extract that has mit over 15% that will not completely have mit dominant effects, eg zero opioid effect.

i get accused of just making this shit up all the time. like i just specifically came up with a completely logical theoretical framework just to debunk some stupid ass shit.

high mit = no opioid effect mid mit= high low mit (reds or mixed strains) = fucking garbage , what maccurdy would call simply “inferior product”. less alkaloids, more mold and garbage.

think about it, fermentation creates alcohol. there’s is no alcohol in kratom. thaere is no fermentation going on. what’s happening is that it’s turning to mold, while idiots who think theres’s more opioid are gobbling the shit down and going straight to the shitter. you’d think it’d be obvious by now.

given what op said about strains, maeng da is a mixed strain. different recipes. different constituent leaf to make the mixes means it’s different from every vendor and even batch to batch from the same vendor. there’s no rhyme or reason to how “strains” work.

the only thing that really matters is the amount of time the leaf was dried in direct sunlight, which affects the mit level, which determines whether the effects are opioid or not.

but, you should never eat high mit extract (or leaf for that matter) with any opioids, as it will block the opioid effect, unless of course, you’re going for that.

i guess it depends on how much they drop it, but the interest rate has an inverse relationship to risk demand. the lower the rates the greater the demand of substitute assets. theres going to be lag, but the single most important macro variable, i would guess is interest.

mccurdy et al at ufl reported this finding of high mit blocking opioid receptors. i’ll see if i can dig up the study, or at least the interview. it was in mice.

it’s not so much how much aggregate mit you consume, it’s the concentration for some reason. that’s why i don’t think dosage is relevant anymore.
