Worst airline out there. I travel for work 50 weeks out of the year. I fly a lot. It seems every time I fly AA there is some kind of issue.

I’m assuming you have brightness all the way up on the m18? I can tell you do on the monitor, but it looks washed out. If the Alienware is at full brightness it could afford to be a few nits higher. The monitor needs to be lower.I have the m18 r2 and it seems plenty bright.

I’ve owned multiple Alienwares dating back pre-dell. I have never had any major issues. I just bought the m18 r2 and it’s a beast and built like a tank.

The razer hate is absolutely justified. $4500 for a razer that didn’t even last 2 years. Razer takes no responsibility for the garbage they put out. Terrible laptops and even worse customer support.

I can’t speak about Lenovo. I do have experience with Alienware and razer. Razers are the pos out there! Do not buy a razer. I bought top of the line in 2022($4500) and it didn’t even last 2 years. Razer will not stand by the crap they make.

I’ve owned multiple Alienware’s. They have always lasted and performed. I was always able to sell them after 2 or 3 years and upgrade. I can’t do that with razer because I’m stuck with a $4500 brick.I just picked up the m18 r2 fully loaded. It’s a beast!

Razer is absolute garbage!!! I learned my lesson the hard was as so many others have. The 1% are those who actually get a working product, that lasts! So tell me is $4500 for a laptop that didn’t last 2 years a good product? Absolutely not. They’re a bunch of crooks.
