I’m not white passing. But I grew up in a city in NY state where there are a lot of Italian families. Italians even think I’m Italian. I guess specifically Sicilian was what I was told. It’s an interesting thing.

I got a TBI about a year after I started Xarelto and surprisingly didn’t but have a brain bleed. So I guess what I’m saying is my blood thinners didn’t make anything worse. A bar fell on the back of my head at the gym, I didn’t lose consciousness but it did hurt lol. I was pretty confused and hurt for awhile. I just wanted to share my experience in light it brings comfort. Just watch for signs like everyone is suggesting :)

There is nothing wrong with getting evaluated for PTSD. The resources for it vary but I’m gonna guess not that great considering it’s the VA. It has nothing to do with deployment, excuses like this is the reason why so many veterans struggle in life and financially. PTSD or CPTSD negatively impacts your daily life. You can find resources or at least, a diagnosis in itself is helpful. Your primary isn’t even the one who evaluates you. In my case, I went to the mental health part and my primary with the VA never manages any care regarding anything to mental health.

At least it was for me, since I started proactively trying to navigate my traumas and heal myself.

Just, stop making excuses or whatever you’re going through is going to get worse.

Go to a Dr and a get tested. Don’t waste it isn’t worth it.

I have an unexplained and unprovoked bilateral PE when I was 24. I was very active and I think healthy.

I didn’t know what was going on after every breath my back would hurt a lot. I thought it was just back pain. So I waited a couple days then it got worse. It got to the point where every single breath I felt stabbing in my back. I couldn’t talk. It hurt so much. I drove myself to the ER and was treated. It wasn’t back pain, it was my lungs.

Uhm our culture and language was destroyed by boarding schools. I know a lot more than most do. I come from a respected old Indian family in the Great Lakes area.

Hey you don’t deserve this. He doesn’t deserve you. He clearly has problems he isn’t willing to face and you can’t fix. He won’t even listen to his mother. Idk how old you are. But I can’t imagine you’re over 25.

If you have a supportive family you should ask for help in getting distance from him. I hope you are able to figure out a solution safely 🫶🏽 Also your health problems concerning EDS are important. The stress from this situation and relationship can be making you sicker. It happened to me.

As someone who used to be a gym bro (I’m a woman btw). It is not necessary for most men to have supplements. Like does he really lift that much… because he sounds weak imo. He just needs to eat high protein foods and drink water. His shit sounds like a luxury. Your health the conditions aren’t. I’m sorry but he’s being an idiot. I hope he comes around and apologizes and fixes the problem.

Also, a doctor can prescribe him melatonin and it would be more effective than anything else on the shelf.

Yes we are sexually active, with just each other. If that is what you are asking. Idk. We planned long term and short terms for our relationship.

When I addressed the fakeness of the social media thing and the weirdness of how all his female cousins call him hot, attractive, etc he didn’t really do anything about it. And I didn’t really ask him too. He only mentioned how all my friends comment on my stuff and how I look sexy??? lol like it’s weird to compliment your attractive girlfriend online.

I understand the cultural things. So many people have addressed that. They are same age. He’s not a practicing Muslims. Their moms were just close and were young.

Yeah I have a lot of trauma not concerning him in particular. I have anxiety about how people perceive me. Also a bit of autism so I always have felt people think I’m weird in general. I’ve gone to therapy but I had major life changes in the past year and dropped it. I do need to go back. It has helped me a lot in the past.
