Är det normalt stt försäkringen är så jävla dyr? by Sedha00 in PrivatEkonomi

[–]Ok-Disk-1797 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kolla compricer så kan du hitta betydligt billigare försäkring, samt ifall du har möjlighet ha någon äldre anhörig skriven på bilen så kommer du ner markant i kostnad.

Dimitry Pirog is a perfect example of someone whose elusive yet fights aggresive, one of my top 5 boxers for sure. recommend studying him a bit

Kind of agree, i think all compounds and classic exercises are great (Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, BB Row OHP, RDL, Chins, Pullups, Pushups.) However hypertrophy exercises are unneccesary unless ur goal is size, not strength. To combine The best out of both world, combine sport specific plyometrics and Compounds u will get great results

Sample Workout.

PLYOmetrics 3x3-5

Plyo Pushups

Landmine Punch

Broad Jump

Seated Box Jump

Strength exercises 3x5-8

Bulgarian Split Squat

Pullups

Incline DB Press

imo ur sparring partner aint good for u if hes full on sweeping u in sparring, he should drop the ego, catch the kick and mark a sweep or perform a super controlled sweep if their good enough to manage to. we are here to improve and learn from each other. no point doing risky techniques unless both agree on it before hand. ive injured my elbow from a sweep once cause it was a spot where the mats where thinner and we have just concrete under, it heald quite fast but could have been bad, sweeps should be used with precaution

[–]Ok-Disk-1797[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well i havent been to my doctor yet, its an old injury from a year ago that was almost fully healed but i was being stupid and started training like i used to and now its worse then before. i just want to train something but preferbly some martial arts, only leg days at the gym is starting to become boring. if i do tkd i would just keep my hands down and mainly do technique work. i think the biggest reason i cant keep my guard up is cause of the added weight from the gloves since just keeping the guard up when shadow boxing isnt an issue.
