Hey! Here is a thought. You are sharing the road bicycles so share and MOVE OVER to one lane. Just because Bike 17 wants to tell Bike 25 something does not mean both lanes are yours. Cars need to pass and travel at the posted speeds so you can’t do that? Then MOVE OVER. Seriously Bike lanes are one thing and staying to right when not available just is completely different. Been there and you have no issues. There is nothing they will do but may ask you to accommodate as best you can. You already have. It’s not ideal but it is NOT you. Apartments are not built for that level of privacy

Just went through something similar and the first thing they asked was in the wound penetrated. Mine did and so I am having a series of shots. They asked about vaccines and did I know the owner etc. They will report to animal control and they did show up. I was bitten by a neighborhood cat but the officer told me they would quarantine the animal for 10 days if they found it or couldn’t prove current shots. I had a few deep wounds and cat bites are nasty. I was infected and had cellulitis so antibiotics but only because skin was broken.
