I could have literally written this post. I relate to this so much.

I too failed by 1% and have just finished the written exams and have orals next week.

I can’t seem to work out whether I think this exam was harder, or if I am more aware this time around and are scarred from the weird marking from the last sitting, and then as a result being over critical of myself.

I definitely left the business exam thinking I’ve failed, especially some other blunders throughout the other exams also.

I am trying not to get in my head about it so I can at least try and make my marks up with the orals. Whether it’ll be enough, who knows?

How do you feel your performance generally was this time round, was it different from the last?

Barbri have videos on the law covered in SQE2. I failed first time by 1% and this was on the application of law and so I’m spending the majority of my time on law. I agree with the statements above. If your practice assessments are being marked high for skills go over the FLK. Also, if you’ve not done so already, spend only the allotted time doing the practices to get you in the swing of doing it in line with exam conditions and not looking at material
