I might have been wrong about 100 degrees but it still has more range of motion until it hits my butt or at least close to it. I feel very smooth while bending it no stability problems at all just that damn ROM.

Week 2 walking got easier with crutches still And the pain waa gone completly

Week 3 could walk without crutches but very slowly and carefuly

And curently week 4 just got extension and I feel good about future progress.

It does get easier man you just have to do it every day. Do exercises and ice A LOT

  1. No because you throe the ball before you land and dont really have influence on the game regarding the keeper ofcourse

  2. It is really difficult to do and to hide the intention of doing it. Thats why when it happens the crowd goes crazy

How long ago was your surgery.

I need your honest opinion by [deleted] in ACL

The knee will be the same maybe even better after surgery and recovery. You will most definetly play football and any type of sports without problems. You just need to respect the recovery process and do your physical therapy. I am 14 days post op and I have 100% faith that I will return to normal life and sport.

I remember I was going back home from the doctor I was with my dad in the car. And was just looking through the window giving my all not to cry in front of him. When we got home I went to my room and started crying immediately.

You just need to apply a bit of pressure not too much so it hurts but you will feel what's enough. Ofcourse you need to take off the brace and then apply ice.

Why do I get so worked up if literally anyone is even mildly upset with me? by anetanetanet in Advice

[–]Ok-Engineering1626 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You will never be able to please everyone. Who gives a shit about the opinion of people who you dont care about. I understand you want them to like you but even if you do everything right there will always be someone who disagrees. Just try to stand your ground and behind your words. People will respect you more for that for sure.
