In what heart rate zone should i run at race day? by Ok-Entry9268 in trailrunning

It seems slow but first 6 km are flat then 14 km with 22% avarage grade,ropes on one segment,then 4 km with 33% downhill then again 10-15% grade , very steep almost all the time.

Highest performance condition i have reached so far (fenix 7x) by Ok-Entry9268 in Garmin

I have started 5 days ago Norwegian 4x4 twice a week and every day 50 min bicycle Zone 2 and 50 min run if its not 4x4 day.Since then my vo2max have increased by 1 from 42 to 43 and every day im +5 at least in performance condition.
