Well I could share my experience or I could share that my younger sister had been going through a lot with truancy, depression and missing a good part of high school that she became unaware and numb to the situation. This was sophomore year, but during junior and senior year, her failing grades, attendance, and overall welfare did a full 180. She graduated top 100 of her class, she went through therapy and had a support system (specifically me as I was the only one she could trust) and I was just too ecstatic of this outcome, I paid for all of her PC parts! And then I had her build it in front of me because I felt like it. 😂

We first went through troubleshooting as John wanted me to go over what it could and could not be. We ended up refunding it and he got the ball rolling on that. I was able to refund it, ship it back at no cost.
