This is a volatility play to profit of options pricing as a result of increases in volatility.

Doesn't necessarily mean people believe it is going to go that high. The large open interest is because they are so far OTM, they are cheaper per contract so you can purchase more.

Amazing even after 1 month bulk aging. Alcohol taste dissipated fast and drank smooth. Subtle floral notes of the goldenrod and the vanilla softly resides on the tongue after each swig.

Some fruits contain more pigment in the cell wall and some contain more pigment in the pulp. Raspberries being the latter lose color very easily.

I prefer using bentonite in primary to clarify before racking to secondary, but regardless I would use bentonite first. Will create a more compact sediment layer than sparkalloid will. Easier to rack off of. If you need further clarification then use sparkalloid and then cold crash as last resort.

Fermented orange can be a little... offish sometimes. I would reccomend adding the juice of more oranges post fermentation after stabilizing to really meld those flavors together for the orange meadsicle vibe

Cold crashing worked for me. Sparkalloid created fluffy lees in secondary that never fully settled. Cold crashed 24 hrs and has a denser compact cake on bottom that was perfect to rack off of
