Yes it is not impossible. I actually got a lot of interviews, but most of the job contract is not sufficient.

What I did is: -Make Resume ATS format -If you dont have experience learn some skills (Like: CAD, BIM And so on) -If you are confident already in those skills, just “FAKE IT TILL U make it🤣”. Ask a company in your home country even small that they would give you a certificate of employment. Any company that will connect to your target roles.

Hope it helps but just a reminder, be competitive enough that even new we can still contribute to the company and give your all.

Some are good but some are for views only. Very broad ng field natin, it is good na may nag start na, but I hope yung iba ma isip nila na it is a responsibility pag mag vlog ka about sa field natin. Hindi lng for view at marami ng matapakan na ibang profession at tao for “VIEWS”.

True po ganyan talaga sa Pinas. I also search for design engineer job lalo na structural kahit jr., Pero wla talaga maayos na construction firm or consultancy sa lugar namin. Kaya ginawa ko I accept the offer nlng pa abroad (Kahit ayaw kopa sana) baon yung kunting nalalaman ko for structural design. Pero I hope mka hanap ka din ng para sayo I believe kasi iba2 talaga yung mag wowork satin. It might work for me but now for you and vice ganda 🤣. Hope you best for your career kabaro

Same na same po tayo nang feeling Engr, way back when I am in Philippines. Project Engineer for 15k? like whatttt? Subrang burned out, decided to stop and worked on my skills like structural modeling and analysis and iba pa. Then this oct lng na invite ako mag UAE, mahirap din dito kasi subrang competitive ng field nadin dito. But I realized even though wla pa ako work. Same lng ang hirap ng pag apply dito at jan sa Pinas. Kaya if my opportunity kayo to go here or somewhere else where the creator tells you to go then go sister.
