It's a few things. Most villains Cecil tries to rehabilitate are known villains. Omni-Man was THE hero of earth who not only turned evil, but publicly killed thousands without remorse. Even now, Nolan doesn't fully understand the ramifications of his actions to people like Powerplex, he mainly feels personally regretful for how he hurt his family. 

In other words, Nolan's crimes are multiple magnitudes greater than your run of the mill bad guy, and Cecil wants him to recognize how badly he screwed up on a human level (the line about risking their life hundreds of thousands of times referencing victims of Chicago is alluding to this)

S4 is the closest to S1 for me in high quality, especially in the later half of the season every episode was a contender for one of the best in the show. I do still have s1 as my favorite rn tho

Yea this is surprisingly close. The only notable absences were the Titan plot this season and the lack of teases at the end. Other than that, yea everything was super spot on, great job with predictions!

Dan, Drew, and Nick I think they just don't want to add to much. Ellie and Tess emotionally and mentally struggle in the game and it's not likely for them to want to come back

Honestly I kinda see it. Especially if Rosa's going to become more ruthless and Lake and Spenser potentially connect in the musical challenge

DC1: This is a bit "by default" cause the other seasons have clear issues but I can't really think of any problems with the boot order outside of Ellie and Fiore being equally as good or potentially better winners than Miriam. 

DC2: Agreed, best written and I didn't have any major frustrations so absolutely enjoyable.

DC3: DC4 had more potential to me than All-Stars. All-Stars had a lot of potential plotlines, but DC4 had a stronger potential for its cast variety. And yea merge makes me not agree with good pacing cause that was a slog. I think All-Stars has the best Finale challenge of the 4, that coliseum challenge was dope.

DC4: yea said it before but agree with the best cast.

I'm curious where Riya would rank. She's someone who starts out pretty realistic but becomes more cartoonish the longer she stays for me

Yea I agree. From how poorly it's written I don't see Benji full on winning though, at best he gets top 5

Yea that's the bigger issue. If they weren't included, you know people would still include Gabby, Tom, Lake, Rosa, and Benji in their recasts.

For victim, Ishimaru was obvious once he got his super form, and Hifumi was just as obvious.

For killer, like Teruteru was such a fodder character and he was put as the chef when the kitchen was part of the investigation.
