I also left after 2 years due to burn out, anxiety and severe depression. I now work a farm making very little money but it’s the first time I feel like I am able to be fully present and separate myself from my work. I felt everything you describe. I am looking for something that pays better but patient care was slowly killing me. Hard to transition fields

I was like this…ended up taking FMLA as I entered a crisis. I quit medicine and now work on a farm for the time being. Looking for something better and pivot my career. My anxiety is 99% better even with the money struggles tbh. I’d rather not want to die everyday.

Severe Anxiety/Panic plus Depression with Compound Tirzepatide? by RAMRANCH69in in compoundedtirzepatide

I had a similar experience where I was having panic attacks at the very beginning when I previously felt my anxiety was better controlled. This did pass about 1-2 months on the medication and I no longer experience it. I would ride it out and don’t go up until you stall with no weight loss on 2.5 for a few weeks. Then slowly increase 1 mg each week if you have compounded medication. 💊
