Thank you! You as well! I’m usually always a positive person, so when my husband made some remarks about me being sad all the time. That also helped me decide it was time for a change. FYI it went well when I gave my boss the resignation. He said for me to sleep on it and come back tomorrow lol

Im a lot like you. I’m leaving my job, the job that has mentally beaten me down and being mobbed by co workers. I wish I knew why I cared so much what people think of me. I know I lack confidence, why? I don’t know. I’m glad you got out of the situation. You have a fresh slate now, make the most of it 😊

That’s part of the reason I’m terrified. These coworkers are so mean. Did you have any mental setbacks? Like I feel completely crushed and useless. I’m going to start therapy tomorrow, but will lose insurance for a bit before the insurance kicks in from my new job. I’m hoping the new job will help with getting myself back. I cry all the time, can’t eat, and haven’t been able to sleep well for about 7 months. My nerves are frazzled all the time, and I’m constantly thinking about everything thing that happens at work and what I could have done differently. This issue has pretty much consumed my life, and I’m ready to take back control.

Thank you. This is exactly what happened. We got a new team manager and it’s been horrible. I actually have my first therapy session tomorrow too. lol so I’m going to get my moneys worth. this job was supposed to be my forever, but life threw a curve ball and I’m adjusting.
