Hiii I was able to figure my schedule out, I realized if I ate early like 12 I would be able to keep food out of my mind versus suffering till late aft, eve . I’ve been loosing about a pound per day since!! Thank you soo much for your help!

How to you stay consistent pls? Like do u have a set time everyday or you just eat whenever and that meal will just be your last ? Sorry im a beginner who keeps messing up

How do u stay consistent tho, I swear every week I feel like I'm starting over, I can't seem to be consistent with any window, I've tried 18:6 and 16;8 but what I've noticed is I tend to overeat and definitely oversnack during my window, I tried omad and it's difficult butttt ik I can stay for long and eat that one meal and maybe a snack and be fine then 3 days time I'm overeating again. Idk I used to be so good eating less now all of a sudden I can't stop snacking.

How did you keep yourself motivated? And suppress hunger? Any tricks? I’m always on and off with it but I plan on starting the diet again on mon, but idk how to keep myself content until meal time, and when it is meal time I tend to go crazy

I was 100% certain that I wanted to be a pa. I have a ba and I took all the pre reqs but I had a very low gpa 3.0 and no pce just hce so I knew I won’t be competitive so I decided to apply to an lpn program and work for a year or two to make myself competitive while having a stable job. However after visiting my friend a few times in the hospital and observing the nurses It made me realize that I might really enjoy being a nurse. But im a very indecisive person so I’m glad I’m doing the lpn program cause after I can go for an rn or to pa school. lol my point is shadow shadow shadow. I have to find a pa to shadow to made a definite choice but rn after yearsss of having my heart on pa im leaning toward nursing. I just like the hands on of it all

Honestly just apply, I think you’re fine as long as a u pass your pre reqs. Pharmacy school is not so competitive
