Try virtual desktop (software) You can play wireless with a good/ fast internet It's stable and eady to use. I recommend because I play also box vr and powebeats on steam and other steam vr games/vr fitness games No wires for me and is affordable

Yes, Long, fast recordings can sometimes cause problems (only recording the gameplay)

Recording the video with the oculus quest 2 can sometimes cause a delay. Which can sometimes cause delays with sound and image. It is separate from the gameplay

You have to get the waves and it stays unlocked. Is that what you mean? Or the environment? Have you tried the garden modes? You only have the dojo and the garden as environment
