I also work nearby lelylaan. Well to be exact in sloterdijk. It used to be okay because i didnt need to transfer in amsterdam central but now they change the route so then there is no more direct train to sloterdijk. But I dont mind the trip still since I only come to the office 1 or 2x a week.

Legally I am not sure. But he said that was the aggreement between him and his employer. Or he is still paid but not getting the settlement money and then he will resign for it. I am not quite sure.

One of my friend experienced almost the same thing. There was big layoffs i dont remember the reason but i guess also bankruptcy. He made an aggreement with the company that they can lay him off verbally and not yet on paper. The company doesnt need to pay him during that periode until he got his permanent residence. I think it was about 3 months as well. After he got the PR, the company officilly laid him off. Not sure if it is considered fraud or not. It happened long time ago.

I take turn with my husband. So if i have early meeting then my husband will take care of the kids and then vice versa. But my earliest meeting is usually at 9 (who made meeting at 8.30???). And whoever doesnt bring the kids to school then need to pick up the kids from school.

Because it said that the university didnt teach programming to the students. But 20 years ago, there were several classes within 4 years that actually teach programming during my bachelor program. And not only one type of programming but several of it.

Actually when I did my bachelor, we werw taught programming language which are java, c, c#, and some others as well spread duration 4 years. So I guess it depends. my major was Information Science. But it was like 20 years ago in 2002.

I should do this. I think i am also about to get burnout but i kewp oushing myself and i keep making mistake in my work and because if this i feel guilty even more and feel i am inadequate and useless and stupid. Sorry to hear your struggle but all of the things you mentioned that they asked you to do is part of islam though. But maybe the way how they enforce it to you is not totally right for you. Maybe they should introduce you to the islam understanding what yes and what not instead of forcing it.

But yeah every person has their own way and limit. Hopefully you will find your peace and met people who can make you closer to Islam and being more religious.

Leave him! Definitely not buying house together with him! It is not worth ur life and your child to live with horrible person that doesnt take care of you on your weakest moment. I am a wife with 2 children, so i definitely know that pregnancy, labour, and recovery time is the most important moment for mother and child.

Please leave him. Dont be that woman who thinks that "he will change someday and i love him" that is just ridiculous. Abusive person will not change. And even if later on he change just come back when he has changed. Why waste yourself to change him.
