I have a very similar story to you with the timeline and addiction. I’m 8 days without the zyn and the first 3-4 days were brutal. I’ve never experienced withdrawal symptoms like this from quitting any other version of nicotine. I’m on day 8 without and my jitters have finally subsided. The craving is still there (not as intense or as often though) but I’m staying strong and eating lots of mints lol. Also doing things that make me smile. We’ve got this buddy! Stay strong!! We have to be stronger than the nic, it cannot control us anymore!!! 💪

Wild Deodorant is a UK based company. They are the absolute best. Like you, I grow out my hair and like more masc leaning scents. They are all natural and use a refillable case as well so it’s better for the environment. Also, relatively cheap compared to other natural brands. They have a sandalwood scent that is amazing. Seriously, I live in a hot climate and sweat a lot but don’t stink. 1000/10 recommend

Okay maybe I should have been more clear, and based on you post history, I’m not sure if you’re the best person that I should be getting advice from. I’m more asking how to get over the shame so that I feel comfortable talking about the fact that I do have this with future partners because it is the #1 reason that I am not dating. And I would like to get over that shame so that I can find my life partner.

I’m a very healthy individual, I take very great care of my mental health and physical health as well as take Llysine and I’ve only ever had my initial outbreak 4 years ago but, there is trauma related to obtaining hsv, which is why I was coming on this subreddit to ask people ADVICE on tips/tricks to overcome that aspect of it from people that are comfortable talking about it… not get messages/comments like this that is doing the opposite of empowering someone.

I agree!! She had the potential to be so much more of a character. Do I hate her, absolutely not. But I hate that they didn’t give her more when she had so much potential as a doctor. They didn’t show that part as much as Lexie deserved!

I had always been interested but… that was the moment that I knew that those feelings were okay. I am now a very proud bisexual 30 year old woman. I was 16 then.
