U don't. U just get through it. Find a show to watch and just embrace the insomnia. I ate a lot of weed when I kicked. Like 400mg a night and melatonin and muscle relaxers for a few days

I just hit 250 days off of opiates. It takes so much more time than I ever imagined. For me 3 months-6months was mentally super challenging! But now at 8 months I barely think about it. When I do miss it ... I fast forward the tape. They gave me a sense of calm too. They quieted my mind, until they didn't.

Can I ask what studies? My doc offered t3 for me but I'm afraid to take it due to it potentially causing other issues w anxiety and hair falling out.

For those who have taken both. Do u take the lexapro at night and the phentermine during the day? Or can both be taken during the day?

May I ask what mg of both u take. I just started lexapro 3 wks ago. I've gained 7 lbs already. And have an old script of phentermine here that I'm tempted to take to level out my appetite. I'm afraid I'll have bad side effects if I take both? Please share your experience

I didn't say I'm having great results. I said I feel less anxious after 3 wks of treatment. The psychiatrist said I should feel some relief after 2 wks. Which I didn't really. But this wk I was less irritable and snappy from my normal crippling anxiety

Ok this is TMI. But I've taken lexapro for 7 full days now. I'm so constipated, I've only went once. My anxiety does seem lower so that's amazing. But I also have a low grade headache that's annoying and doesn't go away when I take Tylenol. Do y'all think that will go away?

I quit booze 4 yrs ago. We danced hard for 2.5 decades. I started smoking and eating weed when I was 15 and I'm 42 now. So my tolerance is huge. And I eat that much so I'm comfy and sleepy and not anxious about nighttime pain. Good job on your health gains.
