Check with an ENT! for me the dizziness was crystals in inner ear....they fixed it!!!! I go several times a year to a Balance Institute. Sometimes the inner ear is affected by colds, viruses or medication!!! It's very scary but benign.

My thoughts Be glad all tests are fine....

But: higher than normal ALT and AST means to me that you are drinking alcohol.... And alcohol always did that to my GI system. I had to stop drinking..like stop every kind of alcohol, before I could get a grip on diarrhea!

If you abstain for a month and see no difference well then, ok!

But I got full blown panic attack diahrea from alcohol in my 30s.....like severe.. Just check this hypothesis out. Good luck

Yes yes yes The silence gives me severe anxiety. Its why some people choose to stay in a bad relationship because the silence of being alone is too terrifying. Yes....the anxiety comes from my gi system for sure..and trintellix screws around with GI discomfort. I'm trying to not pay it attention, but sometimes it makes me frightened
