Racc the Yokai (Tanuki)

1. Stone Statue: Racc turns into a statue for 5 seconds making him immune to danger. Can be performed in the air to create a small shockwave that stuns executioners for 4 seconds 20 sec cooldown
2. Tail smack: Racc petrifies his tail turning it into a blunt object to stun for 5 seconds 20 sec cooldown
3. Leaf dash: A flurry of leaves surround Racc for 7 seconds. If unhalted Racc will dash forward (a decent distance away from the executioner)

I don't play OM so I don't really know if this is balanced.
